Christmas Rubies In My Treasure Box

This poem is about, an actual Christmas parade. A Christmas Parade Twelve men dressed like toy soldiers; Stand tightly in a row. They're holding forth their trumpets; To start the evening show. People gather together; For the festivity. While children dress in costume; For the nativity. Christmas trees are all lit up; Twinkling lights dance with song. The violins are playing; Harmony strings play along. Five beautiful winter sleighs; With all the bells ringing.   White horses for Christmas; Joyful fun and singing. And all for just ten dollars; Romance, laughter, and smiles. Husbands, and wives, and sweethearts; Line up, nearly two miles. The garlands, wreaths, and tinsel; Decorate all the streets. While the holiday vendors; Sell hot cocoa and treats. The soldiers all blow their horns; The angels start to sing. glittering across the stage; With tinsel on their wings. Mary cradles the Christ child; While Joseph stands beside. A little cow so shyly Patters by and wants to hide. T...

Joseph   Joseph loved Mary and took her as his wife; He obeyed the Lord who told Him what was right. She was to give birth to the holy lamb of God; He stood there beside her on that Christmas night. He loved her, and he held her near in his arms; A man of valor and faithful, unselfish; No doubt His heart was filled with wonderment; Knowing He would haven the king of all Kings. A quiet man, with Godly fear and Godly care; Who prayed and desired God's holy will done. He too rejoiced at the birth of our Savior; The child he would hold and love as his own son. "I AM"  Here She sat by her window one early morn; She had lived in the silence too long. Heartbroken, alone and on her own; It just seemed everything had gone wrong. But in the frost of the window appeared; It seemed like a dream , but oh so true. Like God himself had written with love; The words "I AM"  in the drips of the dew. Could it be He was  saying some wonderful thing? Like,  "I Am"  your God and I'm here for you." "Never alone, never alone , dear one; I gave a reminder, here in the dew.' "I Am" your God, "I Am' your best  friend;" "I  Am" your heavenly Father  above."
